How long does the delivery normally take?
All in stock orders should arrive within 3-9 business days. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and avalible for immediate shipment. We will reach out to you via email to provide you with estimated delivery dates and verification that you would still like to proceed with your purchase.
Do you offer Installation?
Unfortunatly, we don’t offer installation on our products. To comply with all local building codes, we recommend that you have a licensed general contractor perform all installations. Can you recommend a fireplace for me?
We sure can please email us all your requirements - Measurements - Sizes - style etc. to sales@firefly-direct.com and one of our team will send you some recommendations for you to look at.
Can I return my fireplace after purchasing?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
